Dear All,

We are facing unprecedented challenges. The panic many students are feeling harkens back to the 2008 financial crisis: the ongoing tensions in Ukraine, the escalating U.S.-China relations, and the increasing political divisions within the United States. The uncertainty in the global economy has brought significant difficulties to many countries, including rising prices, inflation, market volatility, and the ongoing impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. These factors are severely affecting our companies, colleagues, and clients, especially the suffering people of Ukraine, and the global order may be at risk of restructuring. This is a critical moment.

However, in the face of such challenges, we should put aside our differences and unite with other Western nations to defend democracy and basic freedoms, including free enterprise. Throughout past major crises, we have seen the U.S. work alongside other countries to meet challenges together. Now, we need a collaborative effort from both the public and private sectors to take on leadership responsibilities and enhance national competitiveness, which includes a renewed commitment to providing equal opportunities for all.

Despite the serious situation, looking back at 2022, the Digital Finance Research Institute achieved significant milestones:

Our global student enrollment has exceeded 65,000.

Our portfolio has seen notable success in the gold and cryptocurrency markets.

Multiple modules of the AI Matrix-Based Digital Trading Assistant investment system have been fully developed, including the "Trading Signal Decision System," "AI Algorithmic Trading System," "Investment Strategy Decision System," and "Expert and Investment Advisor System," all tested in major markets. The maturation of this technology could revolutionize the investment field.

We have expanded market share in various business areas and continue to invest in products, talent, and technology while maintaining strict credit discipline. I am proud of our resilience and the efforts of our global team. Over the past few years, we have consistently served our clients and communities.

Our success stems from steadfast principles and beliefs: Since taking the helm of the Digital Finance Research Institute, I have always believed in "Students First" and that "Practice is the Best Teacher." This philosophy has helped us gain recognition and support from our students in an ever-changing market.

Our core principles include:

Students First, Practice First:

Our institution's code of conduct does not prioritize "shareholder value," which may limit rapid growth to some extent, but it has garnered unanimous recognition from our students. We started from scratch and have built a solid global reputation. It is this philosophy that has allowed us to thrive even amid increasing market risks!

Diversified Investment:

The principle of diversification is at the core of our survival and development strategy. From a broader perspective, we achieve risk minimization and profit maximization by appropriately allocating funds to seize investment opportunities.

Collaboration and Win-Win:

We adhere to sound financial management, ongoing talent investment, and customer service-principles deeply rooted in our corporate culture.

Technological Innovation:

Innovation is an endless source of productivity. The maturation of artificial intelligence and blockchain technology will yield the greatest returns. Our engineers and numerous investment experts have been working on enhancing digital trading products since 2018. With the arrival of AI technology, our AI investment system has become increasingly sophisticated, making it a powerful tool for achieving excellence!

Protecting the Interests of All Stakeholders:

By focusing on our customers, employees, and communities, we can create long-term value.

Building Enduring Enterprises:

In the face of fierce competition, we recognize our strengths and weaknesses and strive to leverage our advantages.

2022 will be a year of re-evaluating our values, helping us redefine responsibility, persevere, and maintain respect in adversity. I firmly believe the future will be brighter, and every member of the Digital Finance Research Institute will welcome a more promising outlook.

God teaches us to be devout, humble, diligent, honest, and frugal, ensuring everyone has equal opportunities and can succeed through hard work. Let us unite to spread the right values, defend freedom and justice, act courageously, and work together to build a better future.
